Visa Extension
Once the work card has expired, the work residence no longer be extended.
A foreigner works in China with a invalid work permit will be fined or detained or deported because of illegal residence, and no longer to obtain a new work-type residence permit in the future.
All documents need to be prepared again for application of a new (not an extended one) work permit.
Applicable applicants
Foreigners' visas and permits in China are all designed with a certain duration of stay, especially work visa and work permit.
Generally, The extension can be applied for 3 months before the expiration of the work permit and 1 month before the expiration of the work visa.
